Cypripedium 'Anna Beckman'
Cypripedium kentuckiense x C. x columbianum (where x columbianum = C. montanum x C. pubescens)
This is a new tripple cross for us. We didn't get a good picture this spring, but we did have some bloom and the pouch is a very light yellow with light brown tendrils. It is a medium sized bloom that emerges mid-season between the early varieties like Gisela and the later varieties like C. kentuckiense and C. reginae.
Zones 4-7. 12-16 in. Light shade, cool, moist, rich well-drained soil.
We are offering 2 sizes:
- Blooming-sized plants have at least one large blooming stem and well-developed root system.
- Near-Blooming plants have a well-developed root system and are at least 1-2 years away from blooming.
