Orders: 

• Fall: Fall is our main shipping season and is the time that we have the largest selection of plants available. Over the years we have found fall to be a great time to ship and plant lady-slippers and the other woodland wildflowers we offer. At this time these spring-blooming plants are completely dormant and easily settle into their new homes.
• For Fall shipping, we have scheduled these weeks:
  • Oct. 6th
  • Oct. 13th  
  • Oct. 20th    
  • Oct. 27nd
• Orders may be placed by using our secure Online Shopping Cart or you may use a printable order form
• We are not able to take orders by telephone (operators are not standing by).
• We will send a confirmation of your order by e-mail or postcard.

Payments: We accept checks, money orders and credit cards (Master Card or Visa). Credit card orders should be placed using the shopping cart system options and can be sent either electronically or printed and sent by mail. Payment in full or your credit card number reserves your order. Credit cards will not be charged until 10 day prier to shipping.

Availability:  Plants are reserved for all customers on a 'first come, first serve' basis.  We post current availability on our website but there is always a chance that circumstances may intervene, changing plant availability.

Shipping:  Hillside Nursery will ship plants anywhere in the U.S. except Hawaii.  Sorry, no foreign sales.  Normally plants are sent via US Priority Mail, but sometimes use UPS.  Please indicate your street delivery address on your order form.

Shipping and Handling Charges: 

• $16 for orders under $100
• $20 for orders $101 to $200
• $25 for orders over $200
