Orders:
Payments: We accept checks, money orders and credit cards (Master Card or Visa). Credit card orders should be placed using the shopping cart system options and can be sent either electronically or printed and sent by mail. Payment in full or your credit card number reserves your order. Credit cards will not be charged until 10 day prier to shipping. Availability: Plants are reserved for all customers on a 'first come, first serve' basis. We post current availability on our website but there is always a chance that circumstances may intervene, changing plant availability. Shipping: Hillside Nursery will ship plants anywhere in the U.S. except Hawaii. Sorry, no foreign sales. Normally plants are sent via US Priority Mail, but sometimes use UPS. Please indicate your street delivery address on your order form. Shipping and Handling Charges:
Shipping Dates: For Fall 2008 - Oct. 6th, Oct. 13th, Oct. 20th, Oct.27th. When Plants Arrive: Plants are sent bare-root and dormant, ready to be planted in the garden. Planting instructions will accompany your order. If necessary plants can be kept for a week or two in the refrigerator if you need to wait until conditions are right for planting. Guarantee: Hillside Nursery plants are guaranteed to arrive healthy and in good condition, true to name and as described in our plant list. While we cannot guarantee your plants beyond this point, we're always interested in knowing about your experience with the plants you get. If there are problems with the plants you receive, please notify us in the first few days after you receive the order. |
